Same as the ''[[commands:wrap]]'' command except that the default setting
for new windows is changed.  Initially line-wrap is on and can be toggled
with the ''[[commands:wrap]]'' command (''[[commands:wrap|C-a r]]'') or by
means of "''[[commands:colon|C-a :]] [[commands:wrap]] on|off''".
