===== Description =====

Turn GR charset switching on/off.  Whenever ''screen'' sees an input
character with the 8th bit set, it will use the charset stored in the GR
slot and print the character with the 8th bit stripped.  The default (see
also ''[[commands:defgr]]'') is not to process GR switching because
otherwise the ISO88591 charset would not work.
